II. Eligibility Criteria
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
2. Age, academic qualifications, and language requirements:
● Applicants for master’s degree programs must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have an excellent academic record, and generally be between 18 and 35 years old.
● Applicants for programs with English as the language of instruction must provide a copy of their TOEFL or IELTS score report (except for those whose native language is English or whose country’s official language is English). Applicants without a TOEFL or IELTS score certificate may submit other official proof of English proficiency.
3. Other requirements:
Applicants must meet Liaoning University of Technology’s academic and other relevant admission criteria.
III. Scholarship Coverage and Standards
According to the standards of the China Scholarship Council, this includes tuition fees, accommodation fees, living allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance premiums.
1. Tuition fee waiver;
2. Free on-campus accommodation;
3. Living allowance of RMB 3,000 per month;
4. Comprehensive medical insurance for international students in China, at RMB 800 per person per year.

VI. Admission and Notification
1. This program follows the principle of“individual application, university recommendation, expert review, and merit-based admission”to select international students with outstanding academic backgrounds, professional competencies, and future development potential.
2. Liaoning University of Technology will assess applicants through written examinations or interviews to evaluate their academic performance, research capabilities, overall competence, development potential, health status, and criminal record. Recommended candidates will be selected based on merit. Written examinations or interviews will be conducted online, with specific dates notified via email to the personal contact email address provided by applicants.

VIII. Important Notes for Applicants
1. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China, Chinese Government Scholarship recipients are not permitted to simultaneously receive funding from any other scholarships established by Chinese governments at all levels or the admitting university (excluding one-time awards). If such a situation is discovered, the recipient’s Chinese Government Scholarship qualification will be revoked, and the scholarship funds already received must be refunded. In cases of deliberate concealment of funding sources, apart from disqualification, the applicant will be barred from applying for Chinese Government Scholarships for three years.
2. Essential personal information, such as passport name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and contact telephone number, must be filled in truthfully. Otherwise, the application may be rejected.
3. Critical contact information required during the admission process, including email address, personal telephone number must be accurate and valid. During the application period, please ensure your phone is accessible and check your email regularly.
4. After submitting the online application, if the scholarship applicant is approved, they must provide the original copies of their graduation certificate and academic transcripts for verification upon registration at the university. Only after passing the verification can the enrollment procedures be completed. Applicants who fail the verification will not be admitted and must purchase a ticket at their own expense to leave China before their visa expires.
